GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

• The registration process must be approved by the Valencia Balboa Festival organising team. Do not buy any flight, accommodation or make reservations without first getting confirmation. This will not be a reason to accept you if you are on the waiting list. We respect the order of registration.
• The organisers of the Valencia Balboa Festival and Black Bottom cannot be held responsible for physical injury or valuables found on the event premises. Participants waive any and all claims against VBF or Black Bottom (its partners, staff, employees, volunteers, independent contractors, etc.) for any injury or damage the same may suffer, or anything else, as a result of the event, for injury or damage the same may suffer, or otherwise, as a result of attending and/or participating. Participants by completing registration acknowledge that VBF or Black Bottom (partners, staff, employees, volunteers, independent contractors), cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of their belongings and/or property, at all locations, and that they are solely responsible for them. 
• Festival participants must take responsibility for their own health and that of others. 
• Participants agree to create a safe and pleasant space for everyone. Anyone who does not comply with the code of conduct will be expelled from the Festival. 
• Participants are not allowed to bring their own food or beverages to the venue. 
• By participating in the event, participants grant us full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video, as well as any reproduction or adaptation thereof for marketing, advertising or other purposes.
